How can I get the best price on SellerSprite?
You can save two months by choosing annual billing instead of paying monthly. Your usage limits still reset every month on an annual plan. We also run occasional promotions, so keep an eye on in‑app banners and email notifications for extra savings.
Do you offer refunds?
SellerSprite does not offer unconditional full refunds. Refunds are only available for the unused portion of your current subscription, calculated based on the remaining time on your plan, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you are close to your plan limits, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan to avoid interruptions to your research. You can also contact our customer service team to discuss additional usage or custom options that fit your business needs.
Can I set up child accounts for my team?
Yes. Child accounts are available exclusively for annual plans. You can configure child accounts in your account settings by following our step‑by‑step guide.
How can I pay for my plan?
You can pay online using Card Pay (Airwallex), PayPal, or a regular credit card. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.
If I switch to an annual plan, will I get a refund for my current plan?
Yes. When you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, we calculate a refund based on the unused time on your existing plan. The refund will be credited back to your payment account within 3–5 business days.
